Formply

Our large customer base of concrete contractors utilize a variety of formply products, including both the MDO (Medium Density Overlay) panel and the highly sought after HDO (High Density Overlay) panel.

The well known MDO panel is built with a smooth moisture resistant overlay on one side of the sheet with an edge seal. The HDO panel is made with a high density overlay on two sides of the sheet, offering exceptional durability and allowing for more pours then typical MDO panels.

Thicknesses include; 1/2″ (12.5mm), 5/8″ (15.5mm), 11/16″ (17.5mm), 3/4″ (19.0mm) and 1 1/8″ (28.5mm). Lengths are available in 4×8’s, 4×8’6″, 4×9′ 4×9’4″ and 4×10 panels in a variety of grades.
